Now there is some Estonian jerk posting hate speech against Russain people for everyone's amusement.

This guy is not very bright, obviously. He speaks Russian himself but he seems to miss the point.
What makes "Russian lj community" are people who post and/or comment in Russian. They reside all over the world and could be Russian, Jewish, Tatar etc. by nationality. This is what makes this community so unique and diverse.
