Dear Recovery Department Manager:
Project manager visit last Friday was soothing - he agreed to my claims and promised to come up with a plan by past Tuesday 5/4.
I specifically asked him not to disappear on me again.
I must tell you than despite everyone at [Prominent Windows Company] promising me to resolve the issue nothing is happening in terms of damage recovery.
My last payment to you was $[about 1/4 of total] (April 1, 2010). I talked to credit card, they will help me to dispute the payment and will try to recover the money from [Prominent Windows Company]. I haven't initiated dispute process yet but will do so first thing Wednesday May 12 unless the issue is closed to my satisfaction.
I'm sure you can bring this project to conclusion without me involving 3d parties.
