One of living will questions:

Tube Feeding: If you are diagnosed to be in a terminal condition or a permanent unconscious condition with no hope of recovery, do you want to receive artificially provided food and water?
- Yes, I want to receive food AND water.
- Just water.
- No, neither of these.

Aren't these two different situations - "terminal condition" and "permanent unconscious condition with no hope of recovery".

It's nice to die healthy but it's better to be prepared for any scenario.

Ну, в смысле хорошо иметь завещание на случай жизни в бессознательном состоянии - living will. Хочешь ли ты, чтобы тебя поддерживали на вентиляторе и искусственном питании в любом случае, или только на иск. питании, хочешь ли, чтобы применяли любые обезболивающие, чтобы избавить тебя от страданий и т.п.
