While the stoppage of each individual statement does not seem like it saves any money, multiplied by millions it actually is allowing our Government to conserve more money than if those statements were to be sent out.
To obtain the information from your statement, you can use our Benefit Estimator tool, or you can contact us directly using our national 1-800 number.
You can conduct your Social Security business 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays, by calling our toll-free number, 1-800-772-1213. You can speak with a representative from 7 A.M. to 7 P.M. on business days...

А я не хочу estimator, а я точных данных хочу.

А зачем вам точные данные? Чем они помогут? К тому времени, как они понадобятся, они уже изменятся все равно. А сейчас что они вам дадут, чего не даст estimator?

Последнее уже сделано всеми банками, могут купить готовое.
UI им разработать все равно придется, едва ли я одна такая зануда.
Данные мне могут понадобиться в любой момент.
Может, я стану инвалидом.
Или я на самом деле на 20 лет старше, чем изображаю в жж.
Или кто-нибудь другой на 20 лет старше или стает инвалидом.
Мои деньги - хочу знать.
А что система накроется медным тазом - чем меньше у меня будет информации, тем легче будет политикам вешать мне лапшу на уши о состоянии дел.

* These statements were mailed only to individuals age 60 and older between 1995 and 1999 и
* SSA began mailing statements to all workers age 25 and older on Oct. 1, 1999
