I have voices in my head: a man muttering poetic verse
I have voices in my head: asking me ‘how
do you feel about that?’
Another says “I forgot what his
name was”
A young man says petulantly “Yeah,
we’ll sit in it”
A woman says quickly “I
don’t like to be in this room”
I have voices in my head
They tell me “We’re
going to shut this down”.
Another says “It’s
over”
I sit in silence and listen to the noise inside
