enot06Punxsutawney Phil has seen his shadow so prepare for six more weeks of winter. Feb 2, 2006.
Разбудили, значит, сурка. А от него - тень. А ученые не верят, говорят про глобальное потепление. А я верю сурку. То, что у нас сейчас, назвать зимой трудно, но уверена, что нас еще засыплет, весь февраль-март впереди, не говоря про случаи безумного снегопада на 1 апреля, без шуток.

As Air America Radio pointed out, it is an ironic juxtaposition: one involves a meaningless ritual in which we look to a creature of little intelligence for prognostication, and the other involves a groundhog."
