Weather report. Misses No. 1, 2, 3, 4...

Weather report: chilly and windy outside. No more recipes tonight.

Today I missed (No. 1) - went to Remote Lounge advertised by glebsky - I've no idea where he got this info but I was half an hour late and there were no signs of whoever Brad Fitzpatrick -- a.k.a. Mr. LiveJournal, the guy who makes & runs LiveJournal is - nothing like that scheduled - but there was 8 minute dating in progress. I was asked whether I'm by any chance Miss Jennifer Smth - since my ID was no match I missed (No.2) my chance to participate. There were groups of 8 people (4M/4F) at each table, talking in a very engaging way as to make an impression so they find the best match for the rest of the evening (and hopefully for life).

Some time back I went for professional nail care and picked 2 cute colors (dark cherry from OPI and yellow from Dare to Ware). Since I couldn't decide I asked to paint left hand with dark cherry and right with yellow - well, right on the way home the manicure on right hand got spoiled (miss No.3). So before going to NYC I painted my nails myself not to look as hippie anymore - all in vain (miss No. 4 - or hit?).
I've spent the rest of the evening with my friends - we missed jazz and brazilian (No.5) but had some good drinks and conversation (the latter - on and off depending on the noise level).

Tomorrow is vague but Monday - Russian Consulate more likely.
Going to bed right now not to miss Sunday completely. Turning off cell phone till morning(?) to save the battery.

Информацию они,жж-митап тим, мне прислали на е-майл.
Мы с Витей туда приехали около 8 -мо,там был на входе огромный негр ,он нам дал бумажку прочитать,о том ,что встреча и жж парти там отменилось.
тогда мы поехали в лунатариум(это рядом было),встретили сэржа ,алексрому ,яло ,девушку.
там было весело,
одна была одета в костюмчик сделанный из метрокарt,
а другая голая танцевала в прозрачной палатке,
мужики просто совсем без ничего тоже ходили с веревками на шее,нy и в таком духе.
жаль,не встретились.

жаль, жаль, девушки опять же, только мужики без ничего - неэстетично.
негра видела, мне он про жж-парти не сознался.

Жаль может и жаль, негра в Remote Lounge и я видела, мне он не признался ни в чем, кроме 8 Minute Dating, где все, напротив, были одеты взглядом не за что зацепиться, еще бы - выбираешь за 8 минут партнера с вечностью в перспективе, это тебе покруче мужиков без ничего, жаль у меня не было правильного ID. Мужики без ничего, впрочем, тоже мм... Взять фильм К. Муратовой "Астенический синдром". Там у каждого мужика, наоборот, чегой-то есть, и каждый имеет свое выражение - не знаю, как сказать, чего выражение, не лица же. А девушки да, это всегда приятно. Но не сложилось. за отсутствием wireless internet в кармане.
