Why Americans won't bomb Belarussia

Disclaimer: source (according to himself) doesn't have enough brainpower to explain it all.
America went into war with Iraq primarily for economical reasons - to control situation with oil and to give a boost to American economy. Religious reasons were of less importance - Saddam's regime is secular (though he has taken a liking to building mosques recently). The other important reason was the existence of costly military machine with professional army. A huge deal of income tax funds the military. The withholding tax on wages was introduced in 1943 because of the military needs and it never went away. The military has to justify it's existence once in a while.
It's all very cynical.
